Rogan Josh Lamb Curry
  1. 500g lamb
  2. 3 & a half tbsp Gorima's Roghan Johst paste
  3. 2 medium onions - finely chopped
  4. 100ml yoghurt
  5. 2 tsp ground garlic & ginger
  6. 4 tbsp oil
  7. Quarter tsp garum masala
  8. salt to taste
  9. Half cup tomatoes - grated
  10. 1 green pepper (chunks)
  11. Fresh dhania / coriander - chopped

  1. Marinate lamb with roghan johst paste, yoghurt, garlic & ginger
  2. Saute onions in oil. Add lamb to sauteed onions.
  3. cook till tender, add water if necessary to maintain moisture
  4. Add grated tomatoes. Cook till well blended. Add salt & green pepper chunks
  5. Sprinkle garum masala over curry. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
